Shipping policy

We post merchandise orders to customers, inland and international, using Royal Mail tracked and/or signed for service. Please use this link to track your item: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.   Your item may also require a signature once received by you if overseas depending on the posting service to your country. Orders are dispatched once payment has been received, cleared and processed by our finance team and not from when you have placed the order.  Therefore, despatch/delivery times will vary. Payments may take 72 hours to reach us, sometimes longer. Estimated delivery times once payment has been received, cleared and order processed and packaged for despatch: UK 48 hours, Europe approximately 3-5 days, Rest of World approximately 5-7 days. Please note delivery times are determined country by country and some may take longer than others. These are the delivery times provided to us by Royal Mail. PLEASE NOTE: All delivery times and the processing of orders are working days and EXCLUDES WEEKENDS AND UK BANK HOLIDAYS.

International Duties and Tax - NEW INFORMATION AS OF JULY 1ST 2021 FOR EU CUSTOMERS Many UK businesses selling to EU customers are now charging tax on purchases from EU customers at checkout. EU VAT has to be paid whether at point of sale OR at customs once the item reaches your country. This rule came into force on July 1st 2021 following Brexit. Paying tax at point of sale reduces the time customers will have to wait for their order. 

Depending on where you live internationally, your package might still be subject to duty. Duty on international shipments is a legal requirement and must be paid before your item can be delivered to you. The amount payable is set by customs authority within your own country of residence. As the customer, these charges may be applicable once your package reaches your country and you will be notified by the relevant authorities if this applies to you. You will have to pay this amount before receiving your item. This may affect your estimated delivery time. We do not set the VAT amount or the Duty amount.

Update: For deliveries to Italy and Romania from January 2026, a local handling fee may apply depending on how the parcel is processed by the carrier, we work to minimise surprises and will always aim to keep charges predictable

UK purchases are now subject to VAT and this will be calculated at checkout.

Return shipping: When returning an item internationally please ensure you inform the Post Office that this is a return item as this will ensure that no unnecessary customs charges are applied. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for their own shipping costs for returning any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure you return the item using a fully tracked and/or signed for service as we can not be held accountable for lost items.
