Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy Information We are no longer able to offer a size change on international orders that have been delivered. These items are subject to a refund once items have been returned to us.  Please note that shipping is non refundable.UK customers are eligible to return an item that they have received within 20 days after receipt.  Any item returned after the 20 days unfortunately will not be refunded. Any returned item must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. Any item returned that shows signs of being worn or washed or is without original packaging will not be eligible for a refund. If you require a refund for a faulty item this will be credited to you using the method you used to make the original purchase. A refund will be issued once we have received your unworn item in original packaging. A refund may take up to 3-5 working days to reach your account depending on your payment method and your bank.

Also please do ensure you CAREFULLY check the size guide provided with each item on the store in the item description before finalising your purchase. Please also ensure you carefully follow the washing instructions for your merchandise as refunds for items damaged due to not following instructions for washing/tumble drying/ironing can not be refunded.

Returning Your Item If you wish to return your item to us please email us at support@pyrocynical.global and we will email you a returns form to complete and include in your parcel. Once your returned item has been received and checked we will email you to notify you your item has been received and if your refund has been agreed. You will be responsible for covering the cost of postage on your returned item and unfortunately this is non-refundable. Please ensure you use a 'tracked and/or signed for' method of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items lost.

Exchanges (where applicable) Please email us at support@pyrocynical.global if you wish to exchange an item . When returning an item internationally please ensure you inform the Post Office that this is a return item as this will ensure that no unnecessary customs charges are applied.

Return shipping It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for their own shipping costs for returning any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return address:
